I actually have so many things to post but I’ve been too busy to organize it all. I will say I started a “diet” last week. Not so much only for weight but just to get back to better eating. Eating whole foods and less processed stuff. So I’m cutting out dairy (cow dairy), wheat ( but I’m still going to eat my wheat berries and wheat germ), and sugar. If I’m doing it I’m always going to stretch the rules :)
My husband is doing some of it…but he did tell me yesterday he doesn’t want to know if any of this (below) is in his food. He told me the label is disturbing, I had to open the fridge to see what he was talking about, haha. I asked him when it started bothering him-he said, “when your hand reached for it out of the grocery case”.
