
That is what my daughter said after first being iffy on this new recipe. I gave her sip of this Strawberry Peanut Butter Milkshake then she then had 5 more :) This is another Green Kitchen Stories recipe I’ve been making. This dairy free shake is perfect on a hot day and it’s good for dessert or snack! I love that layer of fruit on the bottom.
This was my first run on making it. Here are my recipe changes: I added a little honey to the strawberries instead of lime when muddling, I added a drop of vanilla to the “peanut butter” shake part and I added ice cubes because I wanted it thick and cold like a shake. On the next few runs (yep, I keep making it) I pureed the berries first so they are smooth -other wise they are really hard to suck up that straw, and it’s a total straw needing drink. Tell me if you try it!
